Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once our sets are cleaned, they are inspected to ensure cleanliness.
All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.
 Our soft play sets are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. Our interactive rentals can be customized for any event! Occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more! We offer balloon decorations as well, where we can work we you to bring your theme to life!Â

Our Soft Play equipment can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, and indoors indoors with different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed.
Any Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
The equipment can get hot in direct sunlight, the children’s safety is important to us.
From May through August, we require a shaded area or canopy for our outdoor set ups.
✨If there is a chance of rain in the forecast. Outdoor parties must be moved indoors (garage , covered patio , or a porch ). The rain will ruin our equipment and we can’t chance it .
We travel up to 60 miles from our Sumter, SC warehouse location. Please use GOOGLE MAPS if unsure about distance and whether we travel to your area. Travel fees will apply if further than 10 miles from our warehouse!
We know life can sometime throw curve balls, so we offer different options for having to cancel!
For inclement weather, you have to cancel 48 hrs before your event, we will give you a raincheck that will hold any funds put towards your order for up to a year. We do not offer refunds, though our rainchecks are transferable, incase you may not have any events within a year of your event.Â

For any other reason you need to cancel a week outside your event, or risk losing your retainer. Â
